A YES vote is to proceed with the withdrawal process...NOT just for a study...be VERY CLEAR On that because the yes crew is trying to say it ONLY IS TO GET THE STUDY DONE...it isn't...it is a VOTE TO START THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS.....

Voting yes will get an independant consulting firm to tell us if consolidation is working for us. There is a 2nd vote, and you can vote no or yes to withdraw. Voting yes now guarentees real numbers, and not fictional numbers. It will tell us if consolidation is working or not. Voting Yes is the only way to go.
