I bought some Kate's Creamery Butter at Sunseed HFS in Cape Canaveral, FL - very good (wicked good). I lived in China, ME for a few years :-) I understand that grass-fed, raw is best though - does Kate's make that too? Sally SVernon2k4@aol.com
