This is just what I've heard through the grapevine; wish Arundel would post on their site.

  3. I missed out on the meeting - why, exactly, are we cutting funding to the Kennebunk Free Library? We have no library of our own, and it is a valuable resource.

I hope people contact Todd to express their disappointment; this type of cut says that this budget hasn't been thought through thoroughly, and hacking and slashing at something like the library budget is ridiculous.

  4. Only 4 members can be appointed to the withrawal committee. Those members are John Rennell, John Turcotte, Tom Danylik, and Diane Robbins.

As for cutting the library piece of the budget, I am in support of it. First reason being that Arundel does not have a library and Arundel has free access to Mc Arthur Library in Biddeford, no fee ever applies to Arundel for it's use. Arundel has been funding KFL for a long time, and has always given what they have asked for. Arundel needs to start funding Arundel for a change.
