  1. Different audience, different message from the RSU 21..."data presented two day apart, and the numbers have changed to better sway the captured audience"....I am hopeful that the the Kennebunk Business Leaders can see through all the miss information presented by the RSU to win your vote.

  2. As always the case, two days apart, and all the sudden there are numbers that have changed. As always, we are all mis-informed. RSU 21 needs to be comprised of Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Wells. No worries on Arundel's end, Arundel has middle school and high school choice. If we knew what we now know, Arundel would have never been part of RSU 21!

  3. Can anyone tell me why the Cost Sharing Committee didn't change the cost sharing formula for amounts over EPS to 100% property valuation? It seems to me that municipal taxes are taxed that way. It would make more sense if amounts over EPS were not 60/40, and 100% property valuation. I have read through the new formula, and 100% on new debt wouldn't make sense for Arundel, Arundel wants to withdraw from RSU. It also say in there that we could vote to keep a school open at the expense of the district. Why would anyone want to do that? If we trust in our board members to say, we need to close a school, then we should do so, and the burden should be left on the town to take care of. I think a school should be in every disctrict, and that closing Consolidated, or Mildred Day would be bad for the communities, there are other options, and it just seems like the RSU doesn't care what the cost is going to be. Someone please explain this to me.
