Brunswick man pleads guilty to robbing Arundel credit union at gunpoint [Bangor Daily News, Maine]

Sept. 28--PORTLAND MAINE -- A Brunswick man waived indictment and pleaded guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court to the armed robbery of an Arundel credit union in May.

Travis Leeman, 30, pleaded guilty to two charges: bank robbery and use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.

He is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 4 in federal court in Portland.
Leeman has been held without bail at the Cumberland County Jail since his arrest about a week after the robbery.
