ARUNDEL — A tentative final draft of a withdrawal proposal was agreed on by the Arundel Withdrawal Committee on July 12.
Although
one more formal meeting will occur before the document is sent to the
education commissioner for approval, both sides have fully agreed to the
terms and new edits within the agreement.
Attorneys for both RSU 21 and Arundel will be
looking at the document before it is officially sent out, but both sides
said they are happy and comfortable with the outcome of the discussion
and believed they did a thorough job of drafting a proposal.
