AUGUSTA, Maine — Under executive order from Gov. Paul LePage, state Sen. Nancy Sullivan, D-York County, was appointed to serve as a member on the Expanding Early Post-Secondary Access for High School Students in Maine Task Force.
The order establishes a 19-person task force to develop recommendations for short-and long-term solutions for expanding access to early post-secondary opportunities for high school students around the state. The group will also identify barriers to access along with possible solutions.
