On November 29, 2012, Gretchen Kerspe, 29, of 16 Hillcrest Drive, Apt. 2, Kennebunk, ME, was arrested on an active arrest warrant for Unpaid Fines relative to a Driving to Endanger conviction. She is scheduled to appear in York County Superior Court on January 21, 2013.
On November 29, 2012, Jay P. Sanborn, 46, of 150 Elm Street, Springvale, ME, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on February 20, 2013.
On November 30, 2012, Leith Doherty, 26, of PO Box 1298, Kennebunkport, ME, was charged with Suspended Registration following a motor vehicle stop for a traffic infraction. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on March 6, 2013.
On November 30, 2012, Ricky J. Dewitt, 49, of 46 Oscar Waitfield Road, Lyman, ME, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on February 20, 2013.
On December 1, 2012, Nathan Wescott, 20, of 129 Log Cabin Road, Kennebunkport, ME, was charged with Violation of Conditions of Release and Criminal Mischief following a police investigation. He is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
On December 2, 2012, Ashley Wilkinson, 27, of 339 High Street, North Berwick, ME, was charged with Operating Under the Influence following a motor vehicle crash. She is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on January 23, 2013.
On December 2, 2012, David Berthiaume, 20, of 4 Acacia Road, Kennebunkport, ME, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Usable Amount of Marijuana and Violation of Conditions of Release following a bail conditions check following a motor vehicle stop. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on March 6, 2013.
On December 2, 2012, a 17 year old female juvenile from Kennebunk was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia following officers• investigation during a motor vehicle stop in which the juvenile was a passenger. She is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on January 10, 2013.
On December 5, 2012, Marcus Smith, 22, of 2 Wisteria Lane, Kennebunk, ME, was arrested for Violation of Probation and was transported to the York County Jail. He is due in court later this month.
