Planning Decisions’ report does show a possible savings for Arundel if we withdraw. In fact, the two most cost-effective items in that report are Arundel alone. Read the whole report, not just the parts withdrawal opponents want you to read.

Option A in table No. 11 is just as viable as any other. Remember, this is a hypothetical report and none of the projected budgets include any specific programs or staffing.
