Town of Arundel Municipal Officers’
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Date: Wednesday, October 10, 2012
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Mildred L. Day School Gymnasium
The Municipal Officers of Arundel will hold a Public Hearing on the following Municipal Referendum questions to be voted on at the November 6, 2012 elections.
ARTICLE 1:
To choose a moderator to preside at said meeting and to vote by written
ballot.
ARTICLE 2:
To vote by secret ballot on the following question:
Do you favor the withdrawal of the Town of Arundel from the Regional
School Unit #21 subject to the terms and conditions of the withdrawal
agreement dated September 19, 2012?
